With Hamilton's only Casino, live entertainment, restaurants, function centre and Ten Pin Bowling - there's never a dull moment!We are looking for a motivated and committed individual with strong customer service skills to join our permanent Gaming Machine Attendant team.As a part time Gaming Machine Attendant, you will be responsible for providing efficient and professional customer service to our guests. Positioned at the Premier Desk at the entry to the Casino, the Premier Host will be the first point of contact for gaming customers, and will be a central point of information and service to all visitors using our facilities, including our dining and SkyCity Function Centre guests.Your strong customer service experience and clear communication skills will mean that you can quickly build rapport, working to resolve queries and issues in a friendly and efficient manner. You will have a strong ability to recognise opportunities to promote SkyCity loyalty programmes and promotions, and will confidently endorse SkyCity offerings and facilities.You will have:Proven customer service experience.
