The Premier Host role is a great opportunity for a customer-service superstar to positively impact our customer service delivery across the business. Positioned at the Premier Desk at the entry to the Casino, the Premier Host will be the first point of contact for gaming customers, and will be a central point of information and service to all visitors using our facilities, including our dining and SkyCity Function Centre guests.Your strong customer service experience and clear communication skills will mean that you can quickly build rapport, working to resolve queries and issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
