The role will have responsibility to: Ensures personal and team compliance with all company HSE requirements & policies including Fitness for Work. Completes any HSE tasks only if the hazards and any potential consequences are understood and any corrections are firstly agreed by the relevant Supervisor. Carries out routine plant operation tasks as directed by immediate Supervisor, in accordance with established procedures and NML HSE requirements. Ensures plant safely operated and that oxygen production is consistently provided at required levels and high efficiencies. Effectively manages own time to complete tasks in line with job expectations and requirements adjusting plans to cater for unforeseen events / disruptions. Recognises problems and proactively works towards resolution under the guidance of immediate Supervisor. Recognises opportunities to minimise waste and addresses it according to the HSE and operational standards and practices. Actively seeks cost reduction opportunities and identifies & reports any cost wastage within designated area. Essential Criteria Ideally, our preferred applicant will have: 1 – 3 years relevant work experience in continuous process operations is essential Experience in cryogenic gases operation is desirable. Experience in ASU industry is desirable. Good verbal & written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously from time to time. High attention to detail with good time management skills. Strong active listening & interpersonal skills.
