To know more about ExxonMobil in India, visit ExxonMobil India and the Energy Factor India .What role you will play in our team Develop, maintain portfolio of Chemical products(CP) category : Base oil, Additives, 3P Spec buy Finished lubes Drive value, efficiency and market advantage, while ensuring operational integrity Responsible for establishing strategic priorities for category, evaluating and sourcing suppliers (new / existing) & driving Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Develop Total System Cost based strategies for effective negotiation Prepare Procurement Plans and Awards for review and approval Supplier Relationship Management Contract Administration/Management activities Optimizing supplier base and drive spend through preferred vendors and contracts Bring industry expertise in supporting category that drives savings and Business transformation Project start up related activities: Develop, maintain new supplier / contracts required for start-up of New India lube blending plant Key interfaces: Business Line contacts Supplier contacts Contract Leads/Managers Functional Category Managers Category Procurement Managers Corporate functions (Law, Tax, Controllers, Treasurers etc.) Bidding Center Analysts Controls Advisors Payables What you will do Procurement process execution Identify Business Value and agreement rationalization opportunities within the portfolio Execute bids and conduct techno-commercial negotiations Provide portfolio specific market intelligence to peers and Business Lines Steward tactical business relationship for key portfolio activities Supplier Relationship Management activities Ensure transactional efficiency of agreements (SAP friendly) Resolve invoice and purchase order related recycle by identifying and eliminating root causes Support other Contract Leads/Managers as needed About YouSkills and Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering degree (Chemical preferable) or equivalent with minimum 6.5CGPA MBA in marketing /Material management / Supply chain would be added benefit.
