The role will assist in managing systems risk issues, undertaking complex technical testing and developing technical documentation, analysing systems defects, impacts and designing resolutions. Specific duties/responsibilities: Undertake problem solving and incident resolution and demonstrate an understanding of change control and release management procedures Provide advice to the manager of the CIE BAU team on issues and trends that may impact on the smooth running of the CIE/Teradata platform Conduct defect analysis, impact assessment and the design of fixes Undertake issue resolution and the provision of supporting advice Maintain and develop technical documentation Support knowledge transfer and ensure that systems are properly documented.
