Your goal here is ensure the creation of simple, yet compelling email nurture sequences that respect our prospects' inboxes, while maximizing conversions. By leveraging automations and facilitating seamless interactions between our calling team and prospects, you’ll ensure a smooth journey from email click to sales conversion.Lastly, being data-savvy is non-negotiable. You’ll ensure the set up of impeccable tracking for every campaign, ensuring we know exactly where our leads are coming from and at what cost. With weekly data reporting, you’ll guide our decisions, highlighting where we should double down and where it might be prudent to pivot or scale back.This role is about striking a harmonious balance between project management, team leader, and presenting the data so the CEO can make data driven strategic decision making. You'll be at the forefront of scaling a phenomenal business, working directly with the CEO. .Key ResponsibilityTo ensure that each team member meets their project plans and ultimately their KPIs.But it's not just about numbers.
