Reporting to the production manager, this role 20% hands on the floor leadership, 80% strategic. The core functions of the role are:· Production planning and interpreting data from ASPECT to make decisions· Working with the team leaders to ensure smooth day to day operations and minimise down time· Supporting the team leaders with day to day staff management and performance managementOur ideal candidate will have:5 years minimum supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with production planning software and interpreting thisStrong performance management experienceExcellent time management and prioritisation skillsIt would be advantageous to have:Some type of formal management training e.g. Cert in Frontline MgtSAP experienceExperience moving a manufacturing site
