In This Role You develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.You respond in a timely manner to tenants.You will communicate work requests to operations team, security, and janitorial.You support the General Manager by preparing regular ownership reports with accuracy on time.You shall be responsible for all administrative tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection of sales, work orders, service requests, property maintenance, insurance compliance, database management, and vendor compliance requirements.You will be responsible to ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and in working order.You will be the face of the administration office, including reception duties. What You'll Bring Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within commercial real estate.Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants needs.Excellent customer service skills, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.Basic commercial accounting knowledge.Experience working with Excel.Experience using MS Teams. Bonus skills and experience Familiarity with Yardi real estate software.Accounts payable - processing invoices (coding, entering, and checking for accuracy).Accounts receivable - rent collections.Familiarity with retail property management.Have or in the process of obtaining a BCFSA Rental Property Management License.Approximate Salary Range for Role: $39,576.00 to $65,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations.
