We supply experienced quality tradespeople to a variety of coal mines in NSW.We take pride in working with some of the biggest mining companies in Australia and providing the highest level of service to all of our customers.Duties- Plan, review, and analyse accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and compliance to reporting and procedural standards.- Assist management in preparing the annual budget.- Assessing financial risks and growth opportunities- Making presentations and recommendations to senior management regarding an organisation’s financial direction.- Ensuring organisational compliance with related financial and accounting laws and guidelines.- Arrange financial statements for key shareholders.- Manage the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems with our organisation.- Financial and taxation advice.- Evaluate financial risk and cash flow for capital projects.Required SkillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Finance/Account Management or relevant field.Work experience- 7+years of experience in financial/accountant managementSkills- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.- Expertise in financial software and advanced Excel skills.- Ability to supervise other employees as required.- Good time management skills.
