Job Description The Group Reporting Manager will be responsible for: Prepare the consolidated Statutory accounts & manage the Accounting position papers for all subsidiaries Look at the due diligence behind potential acquisitions Continuously looking at ways and methods to improve processes and procedures Be accountable & point of contract for particular changing technical accounting standards Manage impacts of corporate transactions including business combinations, asset sales, agreements, tax structuring, debt & inter-company arrangements Assist with direct and indirect taxation Budgeting, Forecasting Ad hoc duties & analysis as required by the Head of Finance Ad hoc analysis as required The Successful Applicant CA/CPA Qualified Audit experience highly desired Experience within a publicly listed business At least 5-7 years experience & experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills What's on Offer Highly competitive salary Rewarding career path with opportunity for career progression High performing team
