We specialise in Structure Planning and preparation of Development/Infrastructure Contributions Plans. We are looking for someone with experience and specialist skills in planning and geospatial analysis to work on a range of projects, but particularly, on our Development/Infrastructure Contributions Plans. The role involves: Use of GIS tools and data to analyse and prepare Development/Infrastructure Contributions Plans Analysis and representation of geospatial data for statutory and strategic planning and urban design projects Provision of advice to the Planning and Urban Design team regarding opportunities to use GIS tools and data in new and innovative ways to benefit Mesh projects Analysis of a range of data sets (Including demographic and economic data sets) to contribute to structure and Infrastructure planning projects Using you combined planning and geospatial skills to prepare documents, charts, plans, 3D models and graphics for planning permit applications, strategic planning projects, and Development/Infrastructure contributions plans. Compiling and maintaining Meshs GIS data sets, by researching and sourcing up to date data from a range of sources, including Meshs clients, Landata Vic/DELWP and partner consultancies (engineers, surveyors etc). The role is a full-time role, based in our South Melbourne office. Salary range is $55,000-60,000 plus super.
