Reporting to the Group Payroll Manager, your role will include:Provide subject matter expertise on local payroll process, legislations and compliance issues.Support the wider payroll team with proactive governance of policy, procedures and system updatesSupport the HRBPs with payroll issues related to Enterprise AgreementSupport the payroll team with the investigation and remediation of any payroll discrepanciesDrive continuous improvement opportunities with payroll processes.Other payroll related support tasks as required.We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance and legislative agreements, who have excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
