The Applied Technology and Innovation (ATI) team is a multi-disciplinary branch of the AIS whose mission is to develop innovative technology to give our athletes a competitive edge on the world stage. We build innovative technology solutions that improve the collection, analysis and presentation of performance insights, delivering advantages through hardware, software and process. You are an experienced (at least 4 years) and passionate professional in Full Stack development and are keen to bring these skills into a small team to enhance our software capability. You have a deep knowledge of the Python ecosystem, PostgreSQL, Docker and Cloud technologies and techniques, and are always keen to expand and develop your toolkit. You like to stay on top of the latest trends and enjoy working in new problem spaces to create elegant and high-value experiences for users. You have experience in modern React.js and its paradigms and ideally a background in Typescript. You are comfortable with building and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs. We leverage automated testing wherever possible and as such, your experience designing and implementing effective automated tests will stand you in good stead. Our backends are predominantly written in Python, but experience with Rust and node.js would also be helpful. Equally comfortable working autonomously or in a small team, you thrive delivering at a fast pace and enjoy contributing across areas that aren't necessarily your core speciality. In addition to the core requirements, experience with the following technologies will further enhance your application: OAuth 2.0, Kubernetes and serverless technologies, app development for Android/iOS, or experience with Kafka.
