To manage this growth an opportunity has been created for a Talent/Recruitment specialist.You will manage the entire recruiting life-cycle process from posting jobs and sourcing technical candidates, to managing the interview process and facilitating employment offers.You duties and responsibilities include: - Understand business requirements, engage with Managers, and deploy appropriate recruitment solutions.- Deliver on life-cycle recruitment activities from talent sourcing to on-boarding.- Develop and quality control position descriptions and employment contracts to ensure they are up-to-date, accurate and compliant with appropriate domestic and international laws, informing suitable remuneration.- Work closely with multiple divisions to ensure the efficiency and delivery of our on-boarding process.- Promote the brand and business externally to assist in proactive recruitment activitiesYou will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task. You have a demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information exercising the highest degree of discretion.You are detail and solution oriented, and can work collaboratively with a business focused HR team. You will be able to demonstrate:- Strong customer-centricity in delivery of role outputs.- Previous experience in a similar role an advantage but not essential.- Strong communication and influencing skillsYou will join a listed and rapidly growing organisation already expanding globally.
