Manage the relationship with paint suppliers and coordinate stock, training, product knowledge, safety compliance, and reporting. Manage sublet suppliers including glass, ADAS, transport, including ensuring service is added to each job and sublet’s supply consistent, correct methodology and a high standard of quality service. Manage repair quality assurance processes, ensuring correct repair methods are used according to the manufacturer’s standards. Manage rectifications and implement appropriate solutions. Manage costs and budgets across all facets and sites Analyze activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward strategy and KPIs and work with General Manager to implement required changes.
