Project Management Professional (PMP) designation highly preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of building electrical, and mechanical systems. Knowledge of CAN/ULC standards, Canadian Building and Electrical codes. Proficiency with Microsoft Project or alternate Project Management Software. Financial acumen (costing/ budgeting/ forecasting etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills; and ability to communicate with contractors, consultants, and executives. Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English. Asset: Field Technician/Electrical experience. Note: This is not an IT Project Manager or a general project management role.
