Reporting to the CFO, you will lead a finance team of 3 people and the main responsibilities of your role will include:Manage the consolidated reporting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Coordinate with finance teams in different locations to gather necessary financial data for consolidation.Review and analyse consolidated financial statements, providing insights to senior management.Oversee the month-end process, including preparation and review of financial statements and analysis.Supervise three finance staff responsible for Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and Management Accountant ensuring efficient and accurate processing of transactions.Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.Partner with operations and sales teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.Analyse business performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose strategies to optimise profitability.Conduct financial analysis for new business initiatives and investments, evaluating their financial viability and potential impact on the company.Oversee all tax compliance matters, liaising with external advisers, and ensuring adherence to relevant regulations in all jurisdictions.Monitor cash flow and liquidity position of the group, identifying risks and opportunities.The key selection criteria includes:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CA equivalent qualification.Experience using ERP SAPStrong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices, with experience in consolidated reporting a must.Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.Experience in managing cash flow and working capital effectively.Thorough knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements in Australia.

Key Responsibilites for the role include:* Process and review monthly payroll (including PAYG. Super, etc) & provide guidance on payroll related matters.* Review & lodge BAS return* Complete accounts payable reviews of payment run content.* Prepare documentation for letters of credit, ensuring transactions are processed according to contractual requirements and reconcile transactions & end position.* Manage Debtors profile including collection follow ups, payment resolution, credit risk assessments & associated Group reporting.* Review & reconcile key GL clearing / suspense / system accounts.* Cash flow management & reporting including assistance in group forecast submissions.The successful candidate will have:-Commerce or Business degree qualified and CA or CPA post-graduate qualifications (or working towards)-Audit Background from a Big4 or Mid-Tier environment-Excellent attention to detail & written communication skills

The Key responsibilities for this role include:Consolidation requirements and reconciliation of underlying records to final statutory reporting positions.Assisting with periodic management reporting, analytics, and commentary.Coordinating the external audit process together with other members team.Providing technical accounting support and analysis.Partnering with local finance teams to promote process and reporting consistency and group oversight.Driving process improvement initiatives to bolster efficiency and control.Adhoc work project as required, most recently / current: new system implementationIn order to be shortlisted for this role, you will need:A CA/CPA qualificationProfound knowledge of accounting processes and IFRS10+ years of providing Financial Accounting services in a corporate environment (global operations highly valued)Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Advance computer software skills including Excel and Microsoft Dynamic Navision (NAV).5+ years of proven experience managing finance and accounting functions within a small or medium-sized FMCG /Manufacturing industry.Strong leadership skillsSelf-motivated with exceptional time management skills

The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for the following:Assist with the preparation of Full Year and Half Year financial reporting for the ASX listed parent company, including the consolidation and note disclosuresAssist with forecasting and day to day management of group cash flow and currency requirementsAssist with the management of the group insurance programAssist with the management of all company secretarial requirements of group subsidiary companies in conjunction with external advisorsAssist with month end accounting for accruals and prepaymentsAssist with month-end reporting and review of resultsPreparation and/or review of GL reconciliationsAssistance and analysis on ad hoc matters as requiredAd hoc analysis as required by the Group Finance ManagerCA/CPA & Tertiary qualificationsExperience in big-4, mid-tier or large corporate fast-paced environmentExperience in a similar role
