As part of the exceptional experience we provide at our hotels, we offer our guests an extensive In Room Dining menu.A bit about the roleAs part of the In Room Dining team, you'll be required to provide fantastic and timely service to fulfill our hotel guests dining requirements covering breakfast, lunch and dinner by assisting the kitchen team with food preparation, cooking and producing quality dishes, stock rotation, food hygiene and more! Our In Room Dining team also provide catering for in-house SkyCity events and meetings too.  A bit about youWe're seeking a Commis chef with fantastic presentation skills, a keen eye for detail and ability to handle fast-paced services. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and be passionate about preparing high quality food.
