Coordinate with contract management the delivery of long lead items and other goods delivered to site. Essential criteria Extensive experience working in a similar role in mining and across all the mining lifecycles. Previous experience working in Construction, Commissioning and Engineering within the EPCM environment. Proven track record for the delivery of project objectives and established targets. Tertiary qualification in an Engineering discipline. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and autonomously. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills to meet deadlines. A commitment to safety and environmental standards. Desirable criteria Prior experience leading, coaching and mentoring a team in a diverse cultural environment. Previous experience working in a remote location in a developing country. Qualifications in Project Management or related discipline.
